With nearly a decade of experience in the Medicare plan(s) space and as a National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder, Joy has seen firsthand how overwhelming and confusing the Medicare process can be—especially when people are left to navigate it alone. The frustration, misinformation, and missed opportunities she witnessed motivated her to create the 3E Journey: a clear, compassionate path that empowers people to move forward with clarity and confidence.
At J King Insurance Agency, Joy and her team are on a mission to make it “A Joy to Enroll.” They educate, advocate, and simplify Medicare plan(s) for those approaching retirement or already enrolled—because no one should feel lost or uncertain when it comes to something as important as their healthcare.
